When will my earrings ship?
Standard shipping purchases will be ready for shipment within 5 business days unless otherwise noted. If you have concerns about expedited shipping needs, we recommend choosing expedited shipping at checkout. If you have a very time sensitive order please email shopmiluz@gmail.com prior to purchase to coordinate shipping so that there are no surprises.
How do restocks work?
Styles will be restocked based on what you guys are loving. That said, sometimes when a style sells out, it is gone. If you see something that you love that you weren't able to purchase in time, please feel free to reach out to discuss the status of a restock or potential for a custom order.
I don't love my earrings, can I return them?
Credit can be given within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at shopmiluz@gmail.com -- we want you to be happy with your purchase!
How do I take care of my earrings?
Some Mi Luz earrings are handmade and, therefore, delicate by nature. All Mi Luz earrings are best kept in a safe, dry space, and away from the bulk of other jewelry.
My earrings are damaged, what do I do?
If earrings are damaged during shipping or within 10 days of purchase, we will happily provide store credit for your purchase or replace them if we have the same style in stock. Note: You will not receive store credit if damage occurred due to poor earring care.
Can you do custom orders?
Definitely! Please email Natalen at shopmiluz@gmail.com to discuss custom order requests. Sets of identical earrings can be purchased at a discount if the number of pairs exceeds 6.
Do you do wholesale orders?
